Obvious: Bell ExpressVu has lousy customer service
No real surprise here, I just wanted to link to a real horror story that this guy has had about his attempt to buy a second receiver from Bell. The commenter at the bottom is certainly correct about the cellphone and cable companies having the same bad service. The worst customer experiences I've ever had have come from Rogers and Eastlink.
